En los procesos de ESTRUCTURACIÓN URBANA, en los procesos de ESTRUCTURACIÓN CONCEPTUAL, en los procesos de ESTRUCTURACIÓN de la MEMORIA, la ACCIÓN o la SUPRESIÓN de la ACCIÓN determina las CONSTRUCCIONES que estos provocan.
Para los usuarios de la ciudad (en el proceso de consolidación de la ciudad), el CONSUMO determina su condición o no de CIUDADANOS.
LIMA I[NN] MEMORIAM se centra en la identificación y mapeo de espacios y lugares de la ciudad marcados en los últimos 30 años por la violenta confluencia de contradicciones que se han dado y que se continúan dando en tales espacios. Sea desde la polñitica, el mercado y su racionalidad económica, la represión cultural, racial o sexual y la eliminación de los espacios considerados por el poder como “ingobernables”.
Algunos de ellos han generado una MARCA indeleble en la psique colectiva y otros por el contrario se encuentran OCULTOS y/o NEGADOS.
Son esos LUGARES OTROS (no necesariamente objetos de los media) los que proponemos poner en relevancia, los que MARCAMOS como lugares a (RE)DESCUBRIR, planteando la utilización de las estrategias del turismo convencional para señalarlos.
Buscando en esta acción confrontar la conciencia de la destrucción y el aniquilamiento.
La INDIGNACIÓN como móvil para recuperar la DIGNIDAD INDIVIDUAL Y COLECTIVA.

LIMA THEMATIC PARK. From the structure of the dominant political-economic power, the project of incorporation of the City from Lima to the globalized network of cultural capitals, as well as, its rescue like city historical, aseptic, and cosmopolitan; happens through the cultural and tourist affirmation of what its historical value locates, in a non critical way and to its joint with a tried global single-pole contemporary world.
The Lima that this power wishes to construct, is one Lima bucolic, non critical and devoid of friction between its IMAGE and the VIOLENCE of the PROCESSES which they have caused his physical consolidation, this is denying the friction produced by the relations that between their URBAN SUBJECTS and the INHABITED SPACES have taken place and it takes place permanently.
OBJECTIVES
LIMA I(NN) MEMORIAM, looks for to cause a relation of conscience between the individual and its urban surroundings, trying to obtain the evaluation of the INDIVIDUALS like SUBJECTS before like OBJECTS.
- Fragment recovery of memory (in memoriam) in the city of Lima, by the location and identification of friction spaces wherein the last 30 years have come together the political-economic-social-cultural violence in the process of confrontation of the power.
- MAPPING and CONSTRUCTION of a CRITICAL IMAGE OF LIMA (parallel city, hided, denied).
DIGNITY recovery of the Lima settler in the process of urban space CONSOLIDATION and DISSOLUTION.
PROPOSAL
LIMA I(NN) MEMORIAM is centered in the identification and mapping of spaces and places, signed during the last 30 years by the violent confluence of contradictions that have occurred or that are still taking place in such spaces, coming from the governmental policy, the market and its economic rationality, the cultural, racial or sexual repression and the elimination of the spaces considered by the power like “unmanageable”.
Some of them have generated an permanent MARK in collective psyche, others on the contrary are HIDDEN and/or DENIED .
Those OTHER PLACES (not necessarily object of media ) are what we propose to put in relevance, those that WE MARKED as places to (RE)DISCOVER, raising the use of conventional tourism strategies to point them out.
With this action we aim to confront the conscience of destruction and annihilation. The INDIGNATION like motto to recover the INDIVIDUAL and COLLECTIVE DIGNITY .
