Durational performance (around 07:30 hours) by Carlos León-Xjimenez done in the framework of the Terreno de Experiencia (Experience Land) exhibition at the Sala Miro Quesada Garland in Miraflores. Lima, Peru. October 2000.
Home everyday routines are done in the exhibition space blurring the boundaries between private and public. After arriving the exhibition space with a camping bag pack, wearing home clothing suitable for sleeping, after arranging a mattress with bed sheets and a black and white TV set with a home squatter documentary film with a VHS video tape player, I arranged daily activities like reading, taking notes, watching TV, surfing the Internet, sleeping and going out for fast-food to be eaten at the gallery space.

Durational performance (around 06:00 hours) by Carlos León-Xjimenez done in the framework of the art exhibition at the Education Opportunities fair at Jockey Plaza Shopping Mall. Lima, Peru. June 2001.
Again, home everyday routines were done in the exhibition space blurring the boundaries between private and public inside an event for professional educational careers by national institutions. After arriving the exhibition space with a camping bag pack, wearing home clothing suitable for sleeping, a mattress with bed sheets was arranged. Meanwhile a black and white TV set was showing a squatter documentary film with a VHS video tape player. I did daily activities at the gallery space like reading, taking notes, watching TV and also sleeping.
